- To answer enquiries, issue quotations, prepare goods and arrange delivery.
- To invoice, collect payment and handle after-sales matters.
- To meet customs, tax and other regulatory requirements.

- Only what is necessary is shared, and only with the parties required to fulfil the order or meet a legal duty — freight forwarders, customs brokers, payment and inspection providers.
